10:06pm -10:21pm EST April 5. Our realtime messaging provider, Pusher (https://status.pusher.com/incidents/gh2l0xwg2y1b), experienced intermittent API errors affecting a subset of traffic. The issue was identified, traffic was rerouted, and services have been fully restored with no ongoing impact observed. We are continuing to implement additional safeguards to further improve resilience.
